Since 1982, Scott Foster has been installing fences on the peninsula and throughout the Williamsburg area. A native of Hampton Roads, Scott began Foster Fence Company in 1989.
By keeping the company small, Scott is able to oversee all job installations personally. Foster Fence Company is proud to be a family owned and operated business.
